Common questions
How long does setup take?
Two weeks from signed contract to live agent. Discovery → build → pilot. We've done it repeatedly and the timeline is fixed, not estimated.
Which platforms does the agent work on?
Web chat embedded on your site, Facebook Messenger, and email. Shopify is the required e-commerce platform; WooCommerce integration is available on request.
Which couriers and logistics providers do you integrate with?
We integrate with any courier that provides a public API. Specific integrations are confirmed during the discovery call based on your region and current logistics setup.
Is my customer data safe?
All agents run on a dedicated VPS — your data never touches shared infrastructure. We don't store conversation logs beyond 30 days, and we sign a DPA as part of every engagement.
What happens if I want to cancel?
30-day notice, no penalty. We hand over all configs and documentation so you're never locked in.
Do you work with stores outside the EU?
Yes — the platform is designed to work across markets. Primary focus is the EU, with engagements accepted from other regions on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch to discuss your location.
