Questions e-commerce owners ask

What platforms do you support?

Phase 1 is Shopify only — this is the only platform we ship production-grade agents on today. Viber is the primary channel for Bulgarian customers. WhatsApp Business is available. We do not accept WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or other platforms until the Shopify connectors are stable and our operational capacity allows.

How long until my agent is live?

3–4 weeks from signed setup fee. The bottleneck is Stage 2 (Build) where we configure the agent against your catalogue and connect your platforms. Clients with clean, complete data move faster.

What happens if the agent gives a wrong answer?

During soft launch we monitor every conversation. Tone-of-voice revisions are capped at 2 rounds in the launch window — further tuning moves to your monthly check-in. After launch, prompt updates and fixes are included in the retainer.

Where is my data stored?

By default, your product catalogue and FAQ are loaded into a per-client NotebookLM notebook (Google, EU data centre). For clients who cannot send data to Google — accounting, legal, healthcare, regulated verticals — we run a private vector store on your Hetzner VPS. Same retrieval logic, fully on-prem, +€30–50/mo.

Can I add a second agent later?

Yes. Adding a second agent moves you to the next size tier retainer — no full re-scoping. Most clients add Cart Recovery or Logistics in month 2–3 once the Support Agent has proven the pattern.

What does the discovery call cover?

45 minutes, free, no commitment. We map your stack (platform, messaging channels, tools), identify the biggest operational pain, and recommend which 1–2 agents from the catalogue fit. You get a written Agent Blueprint within 2 business days, including a one-page ROI estimate: tickets/day × time × hourly cost vs. monthly retainer.

What languages does the agent speak?

Bulgarian and English by default. The agent can be configured for additional languages — German, Russian, and others — during Build, included in the setup fee.

Can I cancel?

Design partners commit to a 3-month minimum. After that, the retainer is month-to-month with 30 days notice. No long-term contract.
