Why We Started Pragma AI
The four of us — engineers who have spent years building cloud infrastructure, automating complex systems, and working with AI tools — kept noticing the same gap: Bulgarian e-commerce businesses were drowning in repetitive, answerable questions. "Where is my order?" "Can I return this?" "Do you have this in stock?" Meanwhile, the tools to answer those questions automatically — reliably, in Bulgarian, without a developer on call — already existed. They just needed someone to wire them together properly.
That's what Pragma AI does.
What We Actually Build
We don't sell software licenses. We build custom AI solutions tailored to your store, your product catalog, your courier integrations, and your brand's tone of voice. Then we run them for you on a monthly retainer — so you don't need a technical team to keep them working.
Our current focus is e-commerce. Specifically:

- Econt & Speedy Tracking — handles the single most common inbound message in Bulgarian e-commerce: "where is my package?" Your assistant answers it instantly, pulling live status directly from the courier API.
The Bulgarian Market Context
There are active AI integration players in Bulgaria — Zenterra, GPAI, UMNI, RPA.bg. Each occupies a specific segment. Enterprise firms like Zenterra serve large companies and public institutions. Chatbot specialists focus on hospitality and retail with narrow, template-driven products.
The SMB e-commerce segment is largely underserved. These owners don't get calls from enterprise consultants, and off-the-shelf chatbot tools weren't built around their workflows, their courier partners, or their customers.
